MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 16, 2007
These were signed as a true and accurate record.

MATTERS ARISING
Brighouse: There had been no reply to a letter sent to Brighouse in response to their request for two fixture alterations.

Manningham Mills: They had replied to the Management Board's letter regarding the staging of a match on their ground on Sovereign Health Care Priestley Cup final day. The club said they would take up the matter with the Manningham Mills Sports Association and inform them of the requirements of the league. They thanked the Management Board for its understanding.

Junior League: The under-13, under-15 and under-17 cup competitions plus the Under-17 championship play off will all take JCT 600 in their titles. It was up to the Junior League to see if they could Sportsmatch the Management Board's donation from the JCT 600 sponsorship.

Yorkshire CC: A further meeting with Stewart Regan (Chief Executive) had been arranged at their request for Monday, March 12.

TREASURER'S REPORT
The following payments were approved for payment, Marshall Wooldridge (Trophies insurance) £404.20, Marshall Wooldridge (Public Liability) £375, A Bullock (Umpires' Appointments Secretary) £58, Viking Direct (Stationery) £72.45 and Viking Direct (Stationery) £55.14.
The treasurer reported that invoices had been sent out for league fees. These included dinner ticket payments. Idle and Heavy Woollen Competition were invoiced for micro-websirtes.

CORRESPONDENCE
YCB Officials Association:
Notification rectified along with details of a seminar for umpires.

Idle: They are asked the Management Board to give them permission to wear numbers and names on their shirts. A verbal request was also received from Cleckheaton. After a discussion it was agreed that clubs would be allowed to use a squad numbering system with the numbers in black. Only proper names and not nicknames could be used. The Chief Executive will inform clubs of the required size of the numbers and letters. It was agreed that stringent action would be taken against any club not adhearing to the Management Board's guidelines.

Bradford & Bingley: Members were informed that their indoor nets had been refurbished and were being officially opened by the League President Keith Moss on March 10.

Woodlands: They inquired what had happened to the championship flag. The secretary was instructed to reply noting their observations and members agreed to try and trace it.

ANY OTHR BUSINESS
White Rose team:
It was agreed to invite Simon Hicks (Saltaire) to continue as ream manager. He was to be asked if he still had the team sweaters.

Pitch marking: This would be added to the Umpires Assessment form. Instructions would be given to captains at their pre-season meeting.

Registrations: The transfer of Bilal Ejaz to Bowling Old Lane had been forwarded to the YCA Disciplinary Officer for guidance.

Website: Google adverts have been introduced initially in the Heavy Woollen section. The site is to be relaunched on March 5 to reflect the JCT 600 sponsorship. It will also include advertising for the first time.

Sovereign Health Care Priestley Cup final: Bradford & Bingley to be contacted about the need for black site screens to be available.

Sponsorship: The written sponsorship agreement with JCT 600 had been signed by the President and Chairman.
