The first match in this season' a Solly Sports Heavy Woollen Cup between Morley and Rockingham has fallen victim to the wet weather.

The first round clash was due to be played at Scatcherd Lane on Sunday, but an inspection of the saturated pitch today resulted in the match being called off.

The tie had been brought forward a week because Morley's ground is due to host a St George's Day event on April 20 - the date of the remaining first round ties.

The match will now be played on Sundaty, May 4 at Scatcherd Lane
