The top wicketkeeping hauls since 1942

Records secretary Michael Rhodes has released new figures which show the top performances by wicketkeepers since 1942.

The statistics show that only one stumper, John Goldthorp, has ever achieved more than 50 Bradford League victims in a season.

Goldthorp claimed 51 victims for Bradford & Bingley in 1989 with 38 catches and 13 stumpings.

Michael Rhodes, who is working to create a full Bradford League statistical archive has asked to point out that the chart published below does not include the official figures for 1950 which officials have been trying to tack down.
