Division One
There were runs galore at Cleckheaton where the home side defeated Farsley by six wickets.
Farsley looked to have established a strong position when they made 272-7 with their teenage batsman Joe Greaves striking an impressive 112 and Barry Frankland (82).
But Cleckheaton were undaunted. Masaver Masadiq struck a fine 107 not out and Gareth Jowett (91) as Cleckheaton snatched victory with a perfectly judged run chase.
There was also a high-scoring encounter at Hanging Heaton where the home side overhauled a Morley total of 242-7 thanks to a rapid 72 from David Lawrence, and unbeaten 71 from Nabeel Hafeez and 61 from Howard Ellis.
Morley had built their total of 242-7 on the contributions of Andy Hayward (61), Rob Lintin French (56), Ash Daley (53) and James McNicholl (34no). Off spinner Umar Rehman was the pick of the Hanging Heaton bowlers with three for 49.
Leaders Pudsey St Lawrence had little trouble beating Woodlands by eight wickets. David Hester (84) and James Milligan (54) sped them past the Woodlands score of 148 all out. Opener Tom Smallwood (56) was the only batsman to impress for Woodlands while young spinner Adam Hopkins picked up three for 28 for St Lawrence.
Second-placed Yeadon survived a few anxious moments to defeat Baildon by four runs. Yeadon's prospects didn't look too good when they were dismissed for 109 as spinner Jamie Abbott took six for 19. A determined knock of 44 from skipper Andrew Pickering was to prove decisive as Baildon were dismissed for 105 with Nick Darfield taking four for 22.
Champions East Bierley inflicted more misery on bottom team Keighley - defeating them by 40 runs. James Petty made 60 as East Bierley were dismissed for 185, then skipper Matthew Anderson, returning after dislocating his shoulder, took four for 19 as Keighley were bowled out for 145.
Pudsey Congs remain deep in relegation trouble after losing by six wickets to Undercliffe. Undercliffe's Director of Cricket Russell Heritage made a rare a appearance and he proved to be his side's match winner. He took five for 46 as Congs were dismissed for 172 and hit an unbeaten 83 as Undercliffe eased home. Imran Ahmed (78) and Phil Allinson (37) were the top scorers for Congs.
Division Two
Adam Brown produced an explosive individual performance as Spen Victoria thrashed Brighouse by 225 runs.
Brown, Division Two's leading runscorer this season, made a ferocious 160 and took five for 13 on a day he won't forget in a hurry.
Brown reached his 50 off just 20 balls and his century off 36. His total innings spanned just 64 balls and contained nine sixes and 19 fours.
He was well supported by Derek Warriner who stroked 18 fours in an innings of 125 as Spen made 334-2 declared before dismissing Brighouse for 109. Charles Holdsworth hit 75 not out for Brighouse.
Second-placed Bradford & Bingley maintained their good run of results with a 38-run success over Windhill. The experienced trio of Peter Clarke (43), Adam Swallow (42) and Warren Allitt (42) steer Bradford & Bingley to 232 all out despite the efforts of in-form Dave Pearce (4-54) and Tony Jones (4-55).
Windhill, despite the efforts of Rick Clow (56no) and Ibby Mohammed (44), were bowled out for 194 as Danny Trowers took four for 63 and Richard Slater (3-35).
Bradford & Bingley are now level on points with Lightcliffe but remain second by virtue of the fact the leaders have won one more game.
Lightcliffe saw their points advantage ebb away when they suffered a 75-run reverse at home to Gomersal. Skipper Chris Rhodes took six for 27 as Gomersal bowled out Lightcliffe for 156 in reply to their score of 231 all out. In-form opener Michael Brooke made an unbeaten 73 for Lightcliffe. In the Gomersal innings, Zahir Hussain led the way with 89 while Roger Stead posed the main threat with five for 52.
Saltaire returned to winning ways with a six-wicket win at Hartshead Moor. Nick Ward hit an unbeaten 112 for Hartshead Moor but had the misfortune to end up on the losing side. Amarpaul Sarai (81), Robert Worsnop (77) and Usman Arshad (50no) guided Saltaire past Hartshead Moor's challenging total of 227-6.
Idle recorded their second-successive win when they just edged out Bankfoot by one wicket. Mushy Shah was the Idle star taking six for 41 as Bankfoot were dismissed for 110.
Manningham Mills proved too good for Great Horton as they secured a 212-run win. Waleed Khan (69) and Zafran Ghaffer (49) helped Mills to make 299 all out before dismissing Great Horton for 87 as Hamzah Khan took four for three.
