There is a new on-line system which all captains must use to submit umpires assessment forms this season.

The decision to implement the new method was taken after request for captains to scrap the old system of hand-written sheets which had to be faxed in.

Now all captains have to do is download the form from the front page of this website under the section matters requiring urgent attention for clubs.

With the exception of the boxes for the date, names of the two umpires, and the additional comments panel, each box when clicked on has a drop down menu from which the captain can select the mark or comment he requires.

The system requires each captain to use a unique security code each time he submits a form. All first and second team captains must email chief executive Bob Shackleton by Thursday, April 16 to obtain their code. The email they send to the chief executive must give their name and their club.

To complete the form captains will need to use a computer with excel or Open Office installed. Copies of Open Office have been supplied to all clubs.

Once captains have completed the assessment form they must attach it to an email and send it to assessments@bradfordcricketleague.org

The deadlines for submitting forms are the same as last season and any team failing to subit a form in time will be fined £5 for each offences and from the fourth occasion this happens they will lose a league point for every breach of the regulations.
