West Indian Lorenzo Inghram took his tally of runs in the competition to 388 as Farsley ended Pudsey St Lawrence's unbeaten record and clinched their place in the last eight.
Inghram smashed 96 as Farsley chased down a Pudsey St Lawrence total of 164-4 to win by five wickets.
Inghram hit six sixes and nine fours in his 47-ball innings which enabled Farsley to win with 20 balls to spare.
St Lawrence, who clinched their spot in the floodlit stages when they beat Pudsey Congs on Sunday, owed their total to 59 from Mark Robertshaw and 56 from Kasser Maroof.
All of Tuesday night's other five matches were rained off which means that apart from Group 2 - where Pudsey St Lawrence and Farsley have qualified - the two qualifying places in each of the remaining three groups are up for grabs.
In a match played on Sunday, Morley defeated Spen Victoria by eight wickets with two balls to spare.
Australia Josh Walker hit and unbeaten 72 and Richard Jubb hit 45 as Morley overcame a Spen Victoria score of 121-7. Matthew West (33) and Sean Raven (30) were Spen's top scorers.
Pudsey Congs made sure of third place in Group One with a comfortable seven-wicket win over Idle.
Overseas fast bowler Mohammad Naved took four for nine as Idle were restricted to 99-8 in their 16 overs. Congs knocked off the runs with eight balls to spare with Babar Butt making 42 not out and Imran Ahmed (29no).
