Opener Scott Richardson hit a superb centruy as Woodlans reached their third Black Sheep Champions League final in four seasons.
Thanks to Richardson they had little troubles beating the York Senior League champions Woodhouse Grange by 73 runs.
They will now play the Yorkshire League champions York in a final which will now be played at the start of next season.
Former Yorkshire opener Richardson, struck five sixes and 11 fours as he made 113 out of his side's 50 over total of 247-6.
Richardson was joined in a superb second-wicket stand of 155 by Nicky Rushworth who made 55. Steve Burdett (4-27) was the most successful Woodhouse bowler.
Woodhouse were dismissed for 174 in reply despite the efforts of John Hughes (38). Teenager Adam Wood was the most successful bowler with four for 30. |
