Yeadon and Baildon will contest the 2010 Sovereign Health Care Priestley Shield final at Keighley on Sunday, August 8.
Yeadon reached their first final for five years when they defeated Lightcliffe by 35 runs, while Baildon defeated holders Hanging Heaton by four wickets.
Yeadon made 264-5 with Dave Machell (77), Andrew Pickering (56) and Dave Hall (30) making important contributions. The most successful Lightcliffe bowler was teenage leg spinner Siraj Hussain (3-58).
Lightcliffe started their reply brightly with Richard Thompson (68), Robert Crookes (37) and Gareth Stevens (36) keeping their side in the hunt, but the innings subsided as Jonathan Carey (4-62) and Ryan Mooney (3-52) clinched Yeadon's place in the final.
Hanging Heaton batted first against Baildon and made 200 all out. They were dismissed in 47 overs and the three unused overs were to prove costly.
Howard Ellis (42), Chris Goodaire (41) and Nabeel Hafeez (33) were their main contributors while, Jamie Abbott (3-37) was the pick of Baildon's bowlers.
Baildon won with eight balls to spare thanks to Darren Wilson (51), Ross Todd (48), Tom Forster (33) and James Butterfield (30no). Peter Byrne was the most successful bowler with three for 27.
