Holders Hanging Heaton scored a crushing 179-run win over Pudsey St lawrence in a third riound tie that was a repeat of last year's final.
When the draw was made, few would have dared to predict such a decisive outcome as St Lawrence currently top Second Teams Division One and are well placed to retian their title.
Hiowver, Hanging Heaton seized the initiative from the start at Tofts Road and never let go.
They rattled up an impressive 308-8 before dismissing an out-of-sorts St Lawrence side for just 129. Howard Ellis (88), Michael Smith (64) and Dave Lawrence (33) were the main contributors while Chris Hester (3-38) and Cameron Roy (3-69) were the best of the bowlers.
Apart from skipper James Milligan's 42, the rest of the St Lawrence batting was forgettable. Umar Rehman took three for 18 and Chris Goodaire (3-25) to seal an emphatic win.
Baildon, Lightcliffe and Yeadon will be joining Hanging Heaton in the semi-finals on July 11.
Just 24 hours after scoring an emphatic win over St Lawrence in the league, Bowlking Old Lane came down to earth with a bump as they suffered a seven-wicket defeat to Baildon.
Apart from Shahid Alishan (58) their batting was disappointing and they were dismissed for 135 with Jamie Abbott taking four for 30 and Dan Atkinson (3-38). Baildon eased to victory with 11.1 overs to spare as Darren Wilson made 50no and Ross Todd (42no).
Yeadon have been inconsistent in the league but their cup form has been good. They underlined the fact again as they beat Morley by six wickets.
The visitors were dismissed for 151 despite 44 from opener Naveed Siddique. Ryan Mooney was the best of the bowlers with three for 17.
Yeadon reached their target with 10.3 overs to spare thanks to an unbeaten 66 from James Riley and 40 from David Machell. Division Two side in the competition - to
Lightcliffe saw off the challenge of Bankfoot - the last remaining Division Two side. Steve Hartle made 70 and Oliver Hemingway (31no) as Lightcliffe surpassed a Bankfoot score of 166 all out. Only Michael Naylor (34) made any impression as James Godden took four for 39 and Mark Whiley (3-46).
