Second Division side Brighouse produced the surprise of the first round when they beat Pudsey Congs by 17 runs.
Chris Curtis made 74 and Akram Asif (47) as Brighouse made 161-6 before dismissing Congs for 144. Steve Gunner fought hard for Congs with a battling 66, but it wasn't enough to spare them from defeat.

East Bierley, so long the dominant force in the competition, also made a first round exit. They were defeated for the second successive day by Morley.
East Bierley made 178-7 batting first with James Petty (54) and Gareth Davis (46no) leading the way in the face of some good bowling from Graeme Roberts (3-20).
Morley raced to their victory target in 33,5 overs with Matt Bramley (46no), Naveed Siddique (40) and Jack Seddon (31) leading the way.
Lightcliffe opener Steve Hartley was the day's only centurion. He made 104 not out as his side defeated Keighley by eight wickets. Hartley struck a six and 15 fours as he dominated Lightcliffe's reply to Keighley's total of 142 all out. Paul Wilkinson top scored with 58 for Keighley.
Amara Najeeb made 65 as Great Horton defeated Bankfoot by 136 runs. Great Horton,thanks to Najeeb, reached 206-9 in their 50 overs before dismissing Bankfoot for just 71. The one bright spot of a disappointing day for Bankfoot was Chris Ignatowski's spell of four for 45.
Cleckheaton beat Spen Victoria by 63 runs to end their neighbours' interest in this year's competition. Cleckheaton, thanks to the efforts of Craig Blackburn (50), Ali Masaver Masadiq (34) and Gareth Jowett (30) made 151 before dismissing Spen Victoria for 88. Derek Warriner offered the only prolonged resistance with 48.
An unbeaten 75 from Chris Reynolds enabled Baildon to defeat Farsley by eight wickets. Darren Wilson (48) also made a decisive contribution after Farsley had been contained to 161-7 by some tight bowling spearheaded by Jamie Abbott (3-14).
Gomersal heaped more misery on struggling idle as they eased to an eight-wicket win. Idle were bowled out for 102 as Dave Hilton took three for 30. Gomersal eased to victory with Matthew Donahoe making an unbeaten 35.
Last year's beaten finalists Pudsey St Lawrence defeated Manningham Mills by six wickets. Ashiam Jabber made 72 and Mohammad Siddique (45) as Mills scored 195 all out. Chris Sharkey (4-26) and Chris Hester (4-43) were the best of the bowlers.
In the remaining tie Yeadon beat a much-weakened Woodlands side by 163 runs. They made 260-7 before bowling out their visitors for 97.
