Wakefield Thornes will take on holders Barnsley in the final of this season's Solly Sports Crowther Cup at Morley on Monday, August 30.
Fourteen-year-old Josh Shaw was their hero as they defeated Yeadon by four wickets in their delayed semi-final.
Shaw took 3-30 as Yeadon were dismissed for 192 and followed up by hitting 72 as they reaxhed their victory target with 4.1 overs to spare.
Kieran Hangue top scored for Yeadon with 54 but his side's total was insufficient.
Holders Barnsley eased into the final with an emphatic nine-wicket win over Birstall.
Opener Jamie Green (70) and and Peter Hatfield (62no) steered then to victory.
Birstall, batting first, were dismissed for 158 with young Jordan Bethel - son of former Pudsey Congs opener Andy - taking three for 27. Richard Hobson was the one Birstall batsman to make an impression, he hit exactly 50.
