The JCT 600 Sovereigns beat the Huddersfield Drakes by six wickets in the 2010 Cleckheaton Floodlit Twenty/20 Competition final on Thursday night
Farsley's Lorenzo Ingram was the star performer as the Sovereigns won the trophy for the second time in four years.
Ingram made an unbeaten 55 to steer his side home after earlier taking 2-17 with hus left arm spin as the Drakes were restricted to 112-9 in their 20 overs.
Young Bowling Old Lane pace bowler Mubtaba Akhtar - called in to replace Woodlands skipper Pieter Swanepoel - caugh the eye with an opening burst of 3-18 as the Drakes struggled.
Wicketkeeper Max Joyce (31) and Tom Craddock (23no) were the top scorers for the Drakes as Akhtar, Ingram and Ian Philliskirk (2-17) all bowled impresssively.
The Sovereigns made a poor start to their reply as both openers Alex Stead and Adam Patel were dismissed in the first two overs.
Leg-spinner Craddock, who opened the bowling, took 1-17 in four overs and bowled the only maiden over of the entire competition.
But Ingram soon took charge of the situation. A six and six fours flowed from his bat as he guided the Sovereigns to their target in 14.1 overs Ingram hit a six and six fours.
Sovereigns had reached the final for the fourth successive year when they defeated the Gomerasl Glasdiators by 19 runs on Tuesday.
The Sovereigns made 216-7 with Bradford & Bingley's Chris Thompson striking six sixes and three fours in an unbeaten 54. Phil Slater (33) and Lorenzo Ingram (31) also made a telling contribution.
Undercliffe all-rounder Nawaz Sardar - guesting for Gomersal - took 3-24 and was the pick of the bowlers.
Gomersal made a rapid start to their reply with another guest player, Bankfoot's Greg Fotheringham, making 55. he struck six sixes and two fours.
Skipper Richard Whitehurst (42no) tried hard to force victory for his side, but Zeeshan Qasim (3-34) ensured he was unsuccessful.
The Drakes set up a repeat of the 2008 final - a match they won - when they beat the bosts Cleckheaton by 11 runs.
Cleckheaton did well to restrict their opponents to 149-5. Michael Joyce (32) and Alex Morris (31) were the top scorers for the Drakes.
Cleckheaton made a good start as skipper John Wood made 32, but they fell away alarmingly after his departure.
The home side appeared to have no plan and the innings lost momentum. despite 33 from Edward Walmsley they were restricted to 138-9.
