All clubs are reminded that they must provide full contact details for their club officials.

They need to complete the attached club officials form and return it to chief executive Bob Shackleton by January 29, 2010.

It is imperative that all clubs meet the deadline as this information is essential to ensure that all official documentation, league directives and announcements are directed to the right people in each club.

The contact details for the club secretary and league representative will be published in the league handbook which goes to press at the end of the month.

To help clubs we are making the form available in Microsoft Excel and PDF formats.

The Excel version can be downloaded and filled in electronically. Once complete it can be emailed to secretary@bradfordcricketleague.org

If you choose to use the PDF version you will have to print it off and fill it in by hand before returning it to Steve Raistrick by fax on 0113 2579963 or posting it to Steve Raistrick, Secretary, JCT 600 Bradford League, 58 Acres Hall, Avenue, Pudsey LS28 9EH

On the form clubs have to indicate how many handbooks they wish to purchase. The minimum number is 20 per club.
