The 2010 Dyson Insulations Twenty/20 Cup gets under way on Sunday with the first three matches.

In Group Three, Lightcliffe have a home double headers with Farsley (2pm) and Pudsey Congs (5pm) the visitors.

There is also a game in Group Four with Bankfoot playing hosts to Spen Victoria (2pm).

There has been one change to the competition rules. No Balls and wides will incure a one-run penalty and will be rebowled. Front foot no balls will also incur a free hit.

This year's competition will come to a climax with a finals days on Sunday, September 12 at Bradford & Bingley's Wagon Lane ground.

On that day the two semi-finals we be played in the afternoon with the final be fought out under floodlights.
