Woodlands were restricted to 153-9 in reply to a Congs score of 210-8 which owed much to the efforts of the experienced trio of Andrew Bairstow (47), Babar Butt (46) and Glenn Roberts (34no).
Skipper Pieter Swanepoel was Woodlands' most successful bowler with 3-64 and he was also their top scorer with 34 on a day when their lead was cut to 13 points and Congs climbed to fourth place a further eight points back.
Cleckheaton are now Woodlands' closest challengers after a thrilling 14-run win over Pudsey St Lawrence which earned them a maximum 20 points.
Left-arm spinner Mark Cummins took 5-18 to turn the game Cleckheaton's way after young opener Adam Waite had put St Lawrence into a strong position with an impressive innings of 114.
Waite hit three sixes and 13 fours and gained support from David Hester (41) and Chris Marsden (33) before St Lawrence collapsed from 180-3 to 246 all out in reply to Cleckheaton's impressive score of 260-8.
Skipper John Wood's decision to promote himself to opener has corresponded with Cleckheaton's recent run of success. He set the tone for his side's innings again with an aggressive 97 which contained four sixes and 12 fours.
The former Durham and Lancashire paceman dominated an opening stand of 108 with Cummins (38) and his example was followed by James Lee who blasted 54 from 39 balls to provide a late flourish to the innings which saw him hit three sixes and five fours.

Gomersal were dismissed for 146 with only Greg Pickles (41) making any impression. East Bierley raced to their victory target in 21.3 overs with skipper Lee Goddard hitting 11 fours and a six as he raced to 54 off 43 balls
Undercliffe's young left-hander Callum Geldart made a superb 110 as his side defeated relegation-threatened Baildon by 158 runs. Geldart stroked five sixes and 11 fours and shared in an opening stand of 162 with Matthew Bottomley (65) which provided the foundation for an Undercliffe total of 262-8.
Spinner Mushtaq Ahmed (4-77) and Sri Lankan Dehiwalage Perera (3-58) were the pick of the bowlers for Baildon who were dismissed for just 104 in reply. Yassir Abbas (4-26) and Moin Ashraf (3-21) brought about Baildon's demise as only Richard Atkins (35) offered any resistance.

But Luke Heinemann (76) and overseas player Carleon Brome (58) revived their side's fortunes with a fourth-wicket stand of 138.
Once they were parted wickets began to fall and at 187-8 it looked as if the match had swung Lightcliffe's way again, but Michael Kelsey (36no) had other ideas and guided his side to victory with five balls to spare.
Lightclffe's total of 220-8 had been built around a solid innings of 80 from Chris Taylor. Rhys Jowett (47) and Mark Horne (32no) were the other main contributors while Kelsey (3-51) was the most successful Idle bowler.
With Saltaire defeating Spen Victoria by 126 runs, Lightcliffe's lead has been reduced to 15 points.
Saltaire looked in trouble when they were reduced to 39-5, but Tinashe Gomwe (94no) and Joe Hicks (46) revived their side with a fifth-wicket stand of 109 which enabled their side to post a score of 220-8.
Spen Victoria were never in the hunt when they batted. George Deegan made a battling 42 but the rest of the batting melted away as they were dismissed for 94. Spinner Ijaz Khan (4-26) and Azhar Sharif (3-14) did much of the damage.
Yeadon moved into third place after defeating Keighley by four wickets to record their sixth win in seven games.
Off spinner Damon Gormley demonstrated why he currently heads the Division two bowling averages by taking 6-37 as keighley were bowled out for 144. Opener Freddie Pearson made 57 but his side failed to capitalise on his good work.
Youngsters Ben Elvidge (42no) and Callum Goldthorpe (30) steered Yeadon to victory despite some good bowling from Paul Quinlan (4-35).
Bowling Old Lane defeated Bankfoot for the second time this season to take possession of fourth place. Left-arm spinner Mohammad Hanif took 5-59 as Bankfoot were bowled out for 167 in reply to Old Lane's 229-7, with opener Gary Wainwright (40) top scoring.
