Holders Scholes face a tough test when they start their defence of the Black Sheep Yorkshire Champions Trophy.
They have been drawn at home to Central Yorkshbire League champions Wrenthorpe who have won the Heavy Woollen Cup for the last four years.
The first round draw, made at Hanging Heaton, has thrown up some interesting ties.
Aire-Wharfe champions Burley-in-Wharfedale have landed an attractive home match against the 2009 winners York, the Yorkshire League champions.
The winners of that match then face a semi-finals at home to either Scholes or Wrenthorpe.
In the other half of the draw, Bradford League champions Pudsey Congs visit York Senior League winners Dunnington, while Huddersfield League champions Honley host the South Yorkshire League title holders Whitley Hall.
