Fifteen clubs will be contesting the 2011 Dyson Insulations Twenty/20 Cup and for the first time they will be playing for prize money.
The teams will be split into four regional groups and they will receive £25 for each group win.
The top two teams in each group will go forward to the quarter-finals where each win will be worth £50.
The semi-final and finals will be played under floodlights at Bradford & Bingley's Wagon Lane ground on successive evenings in August.
Victories in the semi finals will be worth £100 and the team that wins the final will received £250 along with the prize money earned in previous rounds.
If a team won all six group matches and went on to win the final they would win £550.
Once again all umpiring fees will be paid from the sponsorship pot. The expenses from umpires have been increased from £15 to £20 per game.
Something else that is new is the introduction of team names specifically for the competition.
Pudsey St Lawrence, who will be looking to win the cup for the third successive year, and Morley will carry the name of a sponsor in their title.
The holders will play as Clearwater St Lawrence while Morley will play as Morley Phoenix.
Yeadon Jets and Gomersal Bears will be looking to catch the eye with their new competition names.
