Rotherham Town have withdrawn from this season's Solly Sports Heavy Woollen and Crowther Cups.

The Yorkshire League club believe they will not be able to field sides so they have opted to pull out.

Their first team had a bye in the Heavy Woollen Cup so that will have implications for the second round because it means it will have only 31 teams.

Huddersfield Leaguers Golcar, who were due to take on Rotherham in the Crowther Cup, have received a bye into the second round.
