3 Minutes of previous meeting: These were approved
4 Matters arising:
It was confirmed that the bowl outs ordered at the previous meeting took place. The Umpires secretary confirmed he had the money to pay the fee to Marcus Walmsley who officiated at the bowl out.
5 Issues from the third round
Crowther Cup: Shelley v Gomersal. It as reported that Tony Lawson gave verbal abuse to umpires. The player later apologised.
Heavy Woollen Cup draw fourth round: Saltaire v Idle, Townville v Esholt, Wickersley v Delph & Dobcross, Undercliffe v Wrenthorpe.
Crowther Cup: Spen Victoria v Shelley, Woodlands v Mirfield PC, Skelmanthorpe v Saltaire, Birstall v Keighley.
6 Cup finals
Guests list: It was agreed that the list of official guests needed close consideration and would be discussed further at the next meeting
Man of the Match: It was agreed the reserve umpires would judge the award.
Final arrangements: Paul McFarlane to arrange talks with Liversedge and Morley regarding final planning.
Guest of Honour: It was agreed to invite Ray Illingworth to present cup.
Trophies: Neville Blamires and Ron Tindall looking after the purchasing of these.
Programmes: Committee asked Alan Birkinshaw to produce souvenir programmes for each of the finals.
7 125 th Anniversary Ties: D Sharp getting samples
8 Rule changes: Alan Birkinshaw produced a draft document outlining the changes suggested by the working group. Members asked to study and produce responses for the next meeting.
