Idle veteran Paul Howker once again produced the goods in a match winning performance against lowly Morley on Saturday. He followed up his score of 14 which proved in valuable in his last wicket partnership of 34 with under-17 skipper Nicky Hardaker by ripping the heart out of the visitors with figures of five for 10 in 13 overs.
Idle welcomed back Shane Marshall after his brief fling with Bankfoot and Neil McCllleland and both gave the home team a real boost.
Skipper Graham Dobson now has a strong squad to pick from and is hoping for a push for promotion.
