Idle went to Keighley in a top of the table clash, needing to win to prevent them going four points clear at the top of the table.
Keighley won the toss and decided to bat but were soon in trouble with the dependable Tom Johnson taking two for two in his first two overs.
Keighley rallied slightly but further good fielding, two run outs and then Mushy Shah (4-2) and Jordan Moore (2-10) coming on and clearing up the rest of the innings. Keighley being bowled out for 47.
Idle, in reply, batted very sensibly and were easy winners losing only two wickets on route to an eight wicket win, Gavin Wilkinson (24) and Rohan Misra (13 no) seeing Idle home.
