Spen batted first and made 103-3 with Ryan Ferguson retiring on 30. Tom North (22) ans Owen Brooke gave support.
Congs made 69-8 in reply. They were kept in check by tight bowling from Spen skipper Danny Grant who took three wickets.
Spen had secured their place in the final with a replay win over Pudsey St Lawrence. Spen made 107-2 with George Senior retiring on 23. St Lawrence were restricted to 96-6. Archie Scott and Connor Tiffans both had to retire after making 30.
